Parables Animation Studios had the privilege of sharing Ananse stories with these lovely littles at the Adabraka Cluster of Schools in commemoration of the International Day of Play. It was all thrills and cheers as Team Parables shared an engaging trickster tale of Ananse, interwoven with exciting folkloric saxophonic tunes. Hopefully, these little ones will live a life of gratitude as inspired by the narrative.

Both the children and the teachers sang along with laughter and excitement and danced to happy tunes of musical Ananse  stories. They also learned a critical piece of history through animation as they watched the story behind the 28TH FEBRUARY CROSSROADS SHOOTING. Mighty Joo, the environmental crusader, was screened too and they loved it so much.

Stories are a powerful learning tool; they promote brain development, imagination, and language. It is also a fun way to learn.

Cheers to the wonderful team from Databank foundation for putting this together. We also appreciate all the volunteers and special team from the UNICEF Ghana office who stopped by to read with our children. Definitely an experience they will never forget!
